Please kindly note our return and exchange policy. We strongly advise you to thoroughly inspect your wig before leaving to ensure your complete satisfaction. Please be aware that all returns or exchanges must comply with our policy's specified conditions. We regret that we cannot accept any items that fall outside these guidelines. Store Policy: Returns & Exchanges

·SALE ITEMS: No returns or exchanges are allowed on promotional products/sale items.

·REGULAR ITEMS: Return or exchange within 72 hours. Item must be unused and in original condition.

·We cannot accept returns or exchanges if the wig has been:

  ·Cut, permed, dyed,worn,washed,altered,combed or installed in any way.

  ·Used with hairspray or oils (on straight wigs).

  ·Any Brushing out or tangling (curly wigs).

  ·Any damage or process

 

Please Notice:

If the goods are no any quality problem, just because the customer doesn’t like it or your side keep it for long time no sell it out, our company is not accepting Refund or Exchange!
